Who are we looking for?
We are looking for patients with the following criteria:
Those aged between 45 to 75 years of age
AND
Those with evidence of coronary artery disease (that is, heart attack, angina, past coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) or coronary artery stenting) or a stroke or mini-stroke (often referred to as Transient Ischaemic Attack or TIA),
